Agreed! But we should be cautious with our expectations from DMD moving forward thoughā¦ They added even more people to the company with Gen 6 coming up. I expect to see more series with ensemble casts if they keep expandingā¦ But I hope their quality stays consistent and doesnāt drop like GMMTV.

This was a fantastic series. I wish there was some kind of system (not extreme and mostly unrealistic like this) to bring justice to students/faculty who are harassed and bullied. Itās really a sad and serious issue that needs to keep be addressed.

Iām not queer, but I do come from a Catholic background as shown in the series. I used to go to church more often back in the day and can say that our prayers and teachings donāt necessarily condemn homosexuality and say itās a sin.
Itās more that itās believed that itās Godās design that marriage in church should be strictly between a man and woman. So itās especially a hard struggle for Tanrak (especially itās set in the late 90s) whoās close to his faith but is falling into temptation because of his love for Barth.
My heart truly aches for those who struggle with this, especially those who grew up in times when acceptance wasnāt as common as it is today. While many of the cultural and religious beliefs that shape society are beyond any one personās control, itās still heartbreaking that some people feel pressured to live, behave, or even love in ways that donāt reflect who they truly are because of societal expectations and deeply rooted values.
Love is something I believe should have no boundaries. If we, as a society, embraced more love and kindness, the world could be a far better place than it is today.
But I am looking forward to the upcoming WilliamEst (You Maniac) and JossGawin (Round One) series though!
