Erm I love Bai Lu but I don't think she would have suited the role (the look anyway - young and cute). The FL just didn't sit well with some folks I guess - not watched can't comment! She seems experienced though young.

XZ and Bailu have acted together before anyway lol maybe that CP has sailed!

Go as slow as you can & savour it. Everyone wants to relive their first time watching this 😅 also lots of little details so - pay attention!

I think we are pretty accepting too that this drama is not for everyone either and if people dislike it we just tell them to try try and leave it if it's not their cup of tea. No point in engaging in a fight over different preferences.

Also see a lot warming up to the FL later in the TLP drama on so I don't know - that can all change. I rarely pick the 40-50 episode dramas anyway so don't think I can do TLP after this 😅

Not really could be something or nothing as friends could abbreviate their names and add Xiao (small) in front. But she's older and more senior to him so usually in interviews, he addresses her as Lu Jie (big sister) - so seems an interesting change. All speculation but it would be nice for her to be with someone without the furore of netizens.

Not sure - in Weibo he called her Xiao Lu on her birthday last year and she addressed him as Jia Wei on his! And if he's on KR - everyone calls her Bai Meng Yan (very loudly 😅) so he can't not know!

But she is lovely and also wishes her friends happy birthday so it may well not mean anything 😅

Haha to be fair BL has never (that I know of) referred to Leo Luo by his real name (Luo Yi). She has used ZLH's real name a couple of times though 🤭
