Lol I'm not surprised - I actually liked the visual of her and Zhou Keyu when I saw the BTS months back.
I'm only on Ep 7 so don't spoil too much but how old is Yi Yang meant to be? IRL he's only 21 but seems older in the drama!

I think being good friends IRL really helps but hey it feels like Bailu has this effect with everyone - chemistry/friendship. I didn't feel she was that close to Allen Ren but I also love their chemistry together in both their dramas.

Argh I bet the secondary couple stories are poor ....I'm only on Ep 7 so far so not seen that yet. Hope things will improve, it seems such a fun drama so far.

I read the novel and your last sentence is how I feel about the drama/novel. But id the drama had stuck strictly to the novel I think this drama might be over in 12 episodes....and I don't mind seeing more of the cast despite it dragging 🤣

Where to watch this drama? IQIYI in my region does not show this drama.
I am watching via Mango Youtube and English subs are fine. As it's free would suggest this way over others to support the production amd the actors. Unsure how many available at the moment but I am on Episode 7 if that helps.
