Ling He is the epitome of handsome here oh my god sometimes I forget to read the subtitles because I’m too focused on his face. Ruo Han is also so pretty, she reminds of Jennie from Blackpink sometimes. Both of them are a really visual couple.
Talking about the characters, Dr.He is so perfect I cannot, I need a man like him asap 😭 also I’m glad Xifan finally said everything to her ex and she finally can heal now.
And omg finally our main couple dating era will start, I’m so excited <3
Xifan’s rejection towards Dr.He confession was definitely frustrating. Like…it wasn’t a misunderstanding you know? I wished she was at least more clearly with him but instead he had to hear about her true feelings from her friend, which I think it’s worse.
I understand her reasons to reject him tho, she has some personal issues and trauma but gosh Dr.He treats her so well, she gave him all the signs and then later she pratically throws cold water on him 💔 Nothing is going well for this man.
The happy birthday scene in episode 14 was cute and melancholic at the same time. "What's your wish?" - “You know what my wish is" Like JUST KILL ME ALREADY!!!!! 😩 but well I hope things get resolved soon, I want this couple to be happy and I want my cute scenes!!!
Omg??? The production team made a good job here, the cinematography is OUTSTANDING, very beautiful! OST is also good and make the scenes even more beautiful. I’m at EP5 right now and I’m really enjoying so far, it’s nice and heartwarming! I like main characters and also secondary characters. Plot is also kind nice as I find chinese medicine a really interesting topic.
EP25 was so fucking cute and funny omg main couple are soooooo cute together I love them so much 😭 unfortunately I can’t say the same about second lead couple. Qi Qi is a little annoying and I just feel an uncomfortable vibe everytime Song Cong is with her. Wish I could enjoy more them because I usually like “rich-poor” couple theme.
Well this one is definitely a classic to remember, although not so much for being perfect. I’m not gonna lie, I kind enjoyed the main couple tho. Both characters are annoying but they had an amazing chemistry, I think it was one of the best chemistry Hyojin had, it was sooo natural and at some point I thought they were dating at real life too. But yeah besides their chemistry together, it’s really difficult to like both characters. Male lead is so arrogant and although he gets a little better towards the end, he was still rude and inconsiderate most of the time. Female lead didn’t have any pride in her. Maybe an unpopular opinion but although second male lead was a good person and caring, I found his character with almost 0 charm. Male lead was an ass but he was much more charismatic and charming.
Team work in the kitchen was also a thing that we almost don’t see here. Well, at least not completely and how I wanted to see. The sexism here is craaaazy too.
Regardless, even with the negative things I have to admit that it wasn’t difficult to watch. I was entertained most of the time. But, I do feel like watching this kind of drama when we’re in 2025, it’s difficult to swallow and accept the way characters are behaving.
They give me a comfy and natural vibe and I love it 🩵 but don’t know if will happen tho as fourmod is totally obsessed by Chian…it’s more likely that him and also baabin will be heartbroken :/
Rumors are saying Theo and Youjin are end game and Sian probably end up with Jeongsu or Junseo. Maybe Jeongsu because she posted a picture visiting Jeongsu's coffee shop in July so yeah….
I can’t believe the guy I found the most boring is interested in Jiyeon lol but well at least someone is interested in her. For now, Sian and Jiyeon are my favorite girls. I get that Younjin can be a little annoying in some people’s views but I don’t think she deserves to be hated.
I think this season is the least diverse of all. Most girls have similar looks, vibes and personality. The guys, on the other hand, have more different different vibes and looks, but personality wise, most for me are not that interesting. Theo is the most interesting of all, he’s really entertaining. But at the same time, in real life I would find a guy like him a little too forced lol. Regardless, he’s my favorite for now. Ah! Personality wise, Junseo is also kind interesting. Talking about looks, Jeongsu and Dongho are the most close to my type but Jeongsu is giving me red flag.
Most guys being interested in Sian doesn’t surprise me. She’s really the typical girl who korean guys like, lookswise and personality wise. As I also like her I understand the hype around her haha For now I like her more with Theo, although I understand he can be a little too much, but they were pretty cute and fun. I think she will choose Jeongsu in the end tho :/
In general I don’t think this season is bad. Once again the guys are kind meh and I wanted to see more interesting people but I’m entertained for now. Also I’m hoping that the new guy is entertaining and fun!!

He literally saw her talking on the phone in the moment he was talking to the “suspect” so he should be certain about her being the suspect but instead he was like “nooo it can’t be” 💀💀💀💀 I’m happy he discovered anyway in the end but boy it’s hard to ignore this kind of stupidity. Also, I don’t understand why FML is still not talking verbally like he already know she can and she also knows he knows so why still pretend?? It’s not making any sense to me lol
Also, I always liked Soobin as an actress but I’m beginning to be really annoyed by her character here omg. Hope she gets better later.
The mountain scene was also kind cringe to me tbh but at least we saw that someone pushed her because I was thinking she feel out of nowhere and I was like nooo…no way, it cant be lol it would be too stupid if this happened.
In general I feel like this drama is a totally guilty pleasure and we have to ignore a lot of things to make it through. Good thing I find the plot about the suspect good tho, I’m intrigued! And although I find a lot of couple scenes kind cringe, I do think they have chemistry.
