I would add it to your watch list and circle back when your time is right. It’s not a fluffy bright lit BL. It’s more like a mature series with gay characters. It’s set in the mountains with lots of dim lighting. The love and affection is very tender and never nude or movements depicting sex or anything. They pulled off what they consider NC scenes and it’s in a separate string of videos on their YouTube channel or GagaOOLala

Lots of family trauma and drama. Lots of really lovely character growth and serious love blooming and maintained.

The cinematography is off the chart. The actors are amazing All episodes seem to have different run times since they pull off romantic NC scenes. It’s a Chinese made gay series but ban there so distributed via Thailand like a boss lol

I couldn't find THSB in one stitched-together format, but having checked out the first few episodes to see if it was worth watching later, I was so sucked in that I binged the whole damn thing, all 50 2-minute episodes, in one sitting. lol Hilarious.

It seems the Japs have discovered full-on, passionate kissing with tongue and hot sex scenes, too.

this is actually a really cute coming-of-age story. I'm enjoying watching Ainosuke become more confident and sure of what he wants. I know a lot of commenters don't like that he acts so young at 23, but it really does take some people a bit of time to find themselves and I love that Ai chan has a safe space to do that. 💗

The choking makes sense, it’s just the kiss that feels weird. I didn’t find him having attraction to Chaeha at that time tbh. But I know the novel has around 200 chapters, or so I heard, so I figured it was from them trying to force pacing and it turning out awkward.

Damn.....I really want to watch this series but now knowing that God is a part of this project....I honestly can't support it! I love Zee and Nunew but God is a big F no for me! For the most part I am not really in on the whole "cancel culture" thing and I don't think he should lose his lively hood or anything like that but let the straight dramas have him....KEEP HIM AWAY FROM BL/GL spaces!! I am an OG bl watcher and I remember watching the behind scenes of that series IN REAL TIME and when I saw God turn away from Bas and make a grossed out face and wipe his mouth after doing the kissing scene......I swore I would never watch anything with him in it ever again!! I understand there are people out there defending this guy (some of them are even Queer/LGBTQ+ people......I know right? Gagged!!) and that is 100% their right BUT I saw what he did with my own eyes and it was disgusting!!

I am not going to lie I am a bit sadden and disappointed with DMD.....they have so many Queer actors under their management.....so for them to do this....feels kind of like a slap in the face :(

The way my JAW DROPPED seeing TONGUE KISSESS! In a Cdrama!!? I need more of these!! 😍 Ive watched so many cdramas and this is the only one ive seen with tongue kisses!

The end was a little bit rushed in my opinion, but otherwise, this one was on another level! It’s not your typical BL series; in this one, there’s a profound plot and the BL is a nice and fitting extra, which I enjoyed greatly.

The actors did an awesome job and I would definitely love to see more productions like this in the future!

My favorite scene in this drama was in episode 8, the parking lot scene with the two leads and O Ja Hyeon. The emotions were intense, and Seo Han Gyeol’s role must have been emotionally draining😂, but wow she gave me goosebumps lol. She was really good. 👏❤️🔥

I miss Chae Ha and Tae Seon so much. Their chemistry was incredible, and the attraction between them was absolutely off the charts. I also love investigative storylines, so having the best of both worlds was such a bonus. This is one of the 🥵 KBLs, and I loved watching their relationship grow until they simply couldn’t stay away from each other. The way the drama portrayed the pain of their past and the anguish they carried was so well done. They were two broken souls slowly healing each other, and it made their journey even more meaningful. If only the drama had been longer!
