Some people only have one track minds where they only see one way. There's no such thing as different kinds of chemistry to them. To them, if it's not the kind of chemistry they know and believe, nothing else is chemistry. Of course there's also the hate factor of the leads. 😂

I've even read an article in china that complained that Ryan Ding doesn't have the look to be the ML in a production like this with a ton of comments agreeing, which I think is insane. 😂 So not much we can do but to ignore these types of people.

Twin Flower is a super draggy show. Too many uninteresting characters, uninteresting storylines, and the leads are rarely together. Not enough cute and sweet moments like this one. DYX plays exact same type of character as ROTR though. Same look too. He always slay his roles though. Not his fault, the show is just boringly(not bad) written to me.

These two dramas mostly just concentrate on the two MLs. It's very nuanced and slow but somehow I found myself really engrossed in their story. There is barely any school stuff in hidden love. If you like basically perfect MLs you'll like these two.

2 very good dramas, you won't regret watching. Just makes you happy :)

They literally told you Chu Kong was in an endless fate loop in the first episode with the flashbacks in his head. 😂

Ending was fine, I"m totally use to it by now. It would definitely be a pleasant surprise if these shows ever give us a fully HE though. 😊

Just started rewatching again. It's even better when you realize all the parallels people mention here. Makes even the beginning really enjoyable now. It's great, thank you everyone!!!!!

I really don't know why either but this is my favorite too. I am a fan of DYX from Tiger and Rose that's why I started this but YCY stole my heart. I'm in love, she is way too cute and sweet and the more I look into her story of how she made it into the industry the more of a Fan I've become of hers.

I definitely think I heard it from another scene too but can't remember which one they have so many good ones.

I've blocked anyone that throws hate at any of the actors. It's been so much more pleasant not having to see those comments. 😊

Got a feeling it's going to be like BFTB and LBFAD where they just meet at the end with that scene, kiss and then credits. Are this author's other dramas like this as well? These are the only three I've watched.

I think it stopped him from being able to remove the mark of doom in which only ZH was able to do by opening the demon formation. I'm probably wrong though :)

I have to say this author knows how to write some very lovable female lead characters.

This show is such a joy to watch, not so much angst, tons of comedy, and a couple that is so cute and sweet together. Been a while since I've watched a show with such great re-watch value too. Excited to see how it ends.

Her acting is fine to me i don't see many award winning actresses in China they are all mostly average idol actors trying to make a living in a cutthroat industry. The girl has her own talents and appeal hence why she's getting these roles you don't have to like it just say your piece and scoot no need to keep harping your negative opinions over and over and going on her dramas here and regurgitate the same negativity over and over just to get some validation of your opinions. I get you don't like her there are plenty who do. And i am one of them. As a guy Ryan Ding is one of my favorite actors and this is my first time seeing YCY and i find her super cute and full of chemistry with Ryan Ding. Is she the best, of course not, but I truly believe she's certainly not as bad as you state she is. Are you the best at your work? Do you need improvement? I bet everyone does. So will she just watching clips of her old shows until this one she has improved quite a bit. There's no need for unworldly acting to play these roles. I bet you couldn't wait to just hop on the site to just bash on the girl. Pretty typical. Probably becoming an Anti without even knowing.

And this show is getting better and better. I admit the first arc was really badly done but right after that one ended, the show got me hooked. You're missing out my friend. Remove the animosity towards the actors and enjoy it for what it is, a very good romantic comedy drama that started off kind of wobbly but is totally picking up steam and straitening up. I can't wait for next episodes.

She hot as hell, I can watch her all day as the leading lady in any drama. Don't be raining on my parade. :)
