Yes! He’s not conventionally handsome but there’s just something about him that I find so attractive! Especially in costume dramas. I love his voice and plays them often. Even my non speaking daughter knows his songs :)

I didn’t think his backstory was only suppose to make the viewers feel sorry for him. Tbh when I watched the flashback - I sensed that he’s broken and has an unhealthy obsession with Ruyi. Which makes the way he’s been make sense. After he thought his Shifu died, he just didn’t give a damn and became a jerk.

YES! Like i appreciate it but we really don’t need to be reading that while trying to follow the story! I had to slow it down to .5x for some scenes because of that haha. I don’t think I studied this hard in school during finals!

I want to see it soon because she’s not giving me much to work with. I’m constantly saying to myself he should just go on a blind date and meet a nice young lady. Too much energy is being spent on this FL including the sister buying the overpriced clothes and spending money promoting her book.
