I agree that the pronoun "she" should be used instead of "he," and in some instances, "it" is more appropriate than "he." The names of the same character change every few paragraphs, which can be quite confusing. Additionally, some sentences are unclear or nonsensical. I remember one novel where the same sentence was repeated excessively, which was very frustrating to read.

“Princess Agents” was somewhat enjoyable, but there were moments that made me cringe. This is the main reason I decided to edit and proofread the novel. Same with “Joy of Life” and a couple of others.

99% of translations rely on an AI translator (MTL) and rarely involve proper editing. Some MTLs are slightly better than others, but not by much.

Most titles and synopses are poor because of that.

If you look at all the novel titles, donghua/manhua titles, dramas titles... most of them don't make any sense lol.

The novel is much better because it fills in the gaps and explains some rushed scenes. I wrote a review if you’re curious about it. I love the actors and actresses and support roles—they all perform very well. I'm not sure if Youku received feedback about cutting too much content, but I hope they did.

It can be difficult to be rich and famous. Rumors and jealousy often surround them. As long as their actions don’t harm anyone and they’re fulfilling their tax responsibilities, that’s what matters. Ultimately, rumors can be one of the most challenging things to deal with.

The popularity of shorter dramas is evident; however, many viewers actually prefer longer series. A more balanced approach, understanding the plots and overall structure, would contribute to the decision-making process regarding episode counts—whether it's 12, 24, 36, or 48 episodes (these are just random numbers, but you get the idea). A prime example is "When Destiny Brings the Demon." The drama was cut multiple times, going from 40 episodes to 36, and then to 33, all due to a lack of sponsorship. It's disappointing because this drama had the potential to be great. For me, it ended up being good, but that was primarily due to the talented actors involved.

I personally prefer having 60 episodes instead of 30, especially when the latter are so heavily edited that the dialogues and plot become nonsensical. Even worse, the relationships often feel underdeveloped, making the romantic interests totally unbelievable and ridiculous. However, this is now a thing of the past. No more than 40 episodes are allowed.
