Honestly the grand prince is really evil you know the king told him he’s not his son that they are not even blood related so he shouldn’t ever dream of taking the throne from his real son, he told him his mother was already married to another man when he took her and him from her husband, but him the king told everyone that the grand prince is his Bastard son, he said the real reason he kept him closer was only to provoke his real son bcos his son the crown prince when he was little told him that he’s ashamed of him as a father so that’s why he accepted the grand prince as his Bastard son only to provoke his real son so the grand prince got mad after knowing fully well that he’s nothing to the king but a toy for his real son, and the king truly loves his real son which is the crown prince but he’s not showing it that’s why he killed him before anyone get to find out he’s not blood related to the king so he can take over the throne also after killing the crown prince too
