The part where all the other suitors were bullying him and beating him up, he took care of himself quite well. The moment he realised RSB had arrived, the way he flung himself over at her feet and looking up at her with those puppy eyes was just perfect. Dang! Isn't that the oldest trick in the royal consort / concubine book? Damsel in distress trick? What shall we call his? Baby boy in distress trick? Hilarious!

I think some viewers are upset because some people have gone ahead and rated down the unaired episodes. Hopefully the strange system did not take those into account because that would be an injustice to the drama. 😅

There are international audience who are not familiar with Neo Hou, Ran Song Yun, Wang Duo and the rest of the cast. They might just skip this masterpiece. Logical right? So many dramas out there and so little time to watch them all. Would you want to watch one that is rated poorly if you do not know any of the artistes?
