For me this drama mirrors real life. How many misunderstandings are as a result of not talking about the elephant in the room? Or as a result of being narrow minded/hearted and thinking the worst of the other party without clarifying?
The ending is rushed because they had to cut scenes to meet the new 40-episode regulation. This drama was originally meant to have more than 40 episodes. Though I wished they could have told the story more completely without the cuts, I still love this drama. If I rewatch it again, I will probably bawl my eyes out at the same sad scenes which I already know will happen. LOL
No worries about not enjoying the drama. Everyone is different and has their own interpretations and preferences.
