That was one of the reasons I wanted more comment slots. LOL I feel more comfortable with a bigger buffer, but Kwanto said that last year, they did about at most 40 comments for birthday wishes.
I agree with you that our campers should start posting or reposting their birthday messages starting tonight. I am not sure how we can stagger the number of people posting as MDL cannot take too many people posting at the same time. Maybe some go in at 11pm some at midnight, some at 1am if they are still awake etc.
As for the comments to keep for birthday wishes, I am thinking to have a buffer as there are many new fans since TTEOTM. So plus last years fans, we might be needing abit more than 100 comments? How about keeping it at 150 comments? Also not forgetting the late comers might have well wishes too. We can fill up the missing comments if needed by coming back here to post some comments.

Today's target was originally set at 7k comments. I don't think we need until midnight, as we are currently almost at 7k comments. I will ask the folks to come and repost their birthday wishes when they see that we have exceeded 7k comments.
We have roughly set aside around 280 comments for well wishes tomorrow. @Mermaid needs at least 10 slots right? LOL I am sure there are others who also need more than one slot. It is easier to fill up the missing comments than it is to ask people to delete their well wishes. I understand it will be tough to close on Xixi's birthday on exactly 7,280, but let's just give our best.
Should we need to fill up the comments, we can come to a chat topic further down below to comment. So that it does not affect the birthday wishes above.
