hahahaha....the "bird guy". What's with Xianxia and their birds? Our TTJ had his crows. XZ has an ancient bird guy. And the bird guy looks super young for an ancient bird. He is adorable but if it's an ancient bird, I am expecting an older looking actor? *sighs* But at least for bird guy it's still doable as he is not the main lead.

Yes, I keep getting sibling vibes from them. Cannot force out the CP feel. LOL. RM looks so young, plus acts cute and childish for the role. It's a mismatch. They don't blend as a couple on screen and off screen, I guess that is why it starts to look a little pedophilic. When it's mushy or kissing scenes for them, just wanna FF. FAIL in casting!!! *Sighs*

hahaha...yes, one has to bear in mind that the Immortality page is already so active despite the fact that the drama has not aired. That is amazing.
I think when Immortality airs, it will go to first place, followed by TTEOTM in 2nd place and KinnPorsche will become third place or maybe a tie? But whatever the ranking is for these 3 dramas, it does not diminish the fact that they are great dramas. Anywhere in the top 3 is good. 🙂

I think they need to do a better pairing. I am fine with XZ not looking 18, I think he can still pass off as early 20s? If they wanted XZ, they need to get a FL who complements him or vice versa if they wanted the FL. I think these 2 do not blend as a CP, they feel more like a sibling pair. If the role called for sibling pair that would have worked better. Did you watch the promotional videos? XZ and RM together looked like siblings. Whereas for YunLu promotional activities, there was so much chemistry you just want them to kiss already. LOL

I tuned in for XZ and was put off by the FL. Maybe it was the director asking her to act childish? We will not know. Her overall look also does not suit costume. I think she would look much better in modern wear.
XZ's character should be around 17 yoand FL's character is around 16yo? But this CP doesn't blend. I get sibling vibes and not CP vibes. Even with their BTS, it feels like big bro XZ is taking care of his younger sibling. I ended up with a lot of FF and now paused on episode 4/5. I am not sure if I can go back to try to few more episodes.
After TTEOTM, it is hard to accept anything less than TTEOTM standards. The GOLD standard I call it. LOL 💪💪

We feel you. I guess it is hard to put everything into 40 episodes and they left it as a hopeful open ending.
In the novel, TTJ did get his happy ending. He was reunited with LSS and his daughter after 1000 years. They returned to the Demon Realm and they lived happily ever after. You can read those happy chapters in the Discussions Section above. There are 5 chapters translated by one of our residents here, Micha. Chapters 127 - 131. Enjoy.
I think initially the angst brought us all together and this page is overall positive and welcoming. Open to discuss our thoughts, share TTEOTM videos, talk about non-TTEOTM related items and share drama recommendations. A happy place where YunLu fans gather. No trolls allowed. LOL
