I just don't understand whyy people in the series think kaojao is fat and what is he being insecure about like…
It’s from the book. Jao is very self-conscious and in the book it describes him as a little chubby. Surprise “Jao” said he was told before filming he had to loose some weight. He’s not fat or chubby but they are following the book so well that this is also from the book too.
