According to Edaily on the 11th, the Seoul Central District Court rejected an appeal from Garo Sero Institute (Gaseyeon) on June 10.
Earlier, the court gave Gaseyeon a temporary order telling them to stop stalking or harassing Kim Soohyun. Gaseyeon didnât agree with this and tried to fight the order by filing an appeal, but the court has now officially denied that appeal.
On the 11th, Kim Soohyunâs legal representative from the law firm LKB & Partners confirmed to OSEN, âItâs true that the court approved the provisional seizure.â
They explained, âThere are several provisional seizure cases. First, there is the seizure of Garo Sero Instituteâs (Gaseyeonâs) donation account. That was done on May 20, and in that case, both actor Kim Soohyun and his agency, Gold Medalist, are joint creditors. Then, on June 9, Kim Seuiâs personal residence was provisionally seized, and the creditor in that case is Gold Medalist.â
With the courtâs recent decision to approve the provisional seizure, attention is now turning to the police investigation. Kim Soohyun reportedly completed his full statement as the complainant last month at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
The police requested a statement from Kim Seui as the accused, but he postponed it twice, citing the presidential election as the reason. The date for his next appearance has not yet been confirmed.
