the whole point of this drama is to make the become charming gradually. They are just 1st year residents and nothing more. choatic, youthful, little stupid etc.
It's entirely a different drama to hospital playlist were all 5 leads were already professors, they were portraid as professional, established, charming and mature people, yet not the old geezer type people.
