I feel bad for both Yingtao and Qiaoxi but that won't erase the fact that Qiaoxi is a coward who keeps running away and between the two of them, Yingtao is the one with the backbone. She is so brave, loyal and understanding to a fault. I would love it if Qiaoxi would see other guys pursuing Yingtao so he would wake up and realize his cowardice. He made the girl he loves wait anxiously and worry after talking about the future with her and telling her he loves her. Some would argue, he hid away because he didn't want to make her suffer, only for her to suffer much worse.

Yeah, when he said he knows Cherry isn't doing well because he reads all her text msgs but purposedly not replying and even turning off his phone so she can't contact him. His brain is supposed to be above many people but why he chose to do that I can't understand

I dont think he was forced to lie at that moment, he has a choice and chose to lie and leave her like that (telling her he'll go to her house but left behind her back). If that's not being coward, I dont know what that is

The he shouldn't have told her he loves her and not to forget him. He should have told her to move on and not wait for him. So there'll be closure.

He chose not to tell her so he wouldn't burden Yingtao, BUT it still made Yingtao suffer. And much worse because she has a lot of whys. It's better to tell her and share the burden than make her suffer and not knowing why.

I love that scene! And I love Yu Qiao and Ye Yun, and I agree they're so much alike. Another scene that I like is the two of them picking the same cake for YT. I'm rooting for them and I want them to be happy!

Yingtao will freak out. She will cry and will try to go to him. But at least SHE KNOWS. She wouldn't wonder why he suddenly fell off the face of earth. And she will understand if only Qiaoxi told her that he will not be able to return or contact her or whatever.
