Maybe they want to get more fan to choose from their favorite couple or characters and to gain more popularity or they just want to try a new things.

Either way hopefully they stop changing a lot of things just to get a new fresh start. Example: i don't get why Tong doesn't wear his classes? He look way cuter with classes and his old hair look way better than his new hairstyle. I don't like Pok new hairstyle either.
