I mean based off the trailer, we're still going to get torture scenes (which can definitely be associated with a 18+ rating) and based off of the 'Why don't you stay' ost mv, Pete still looks like he's going to be psychologically scarred/broken so I still have some hope. Lol!

Well, at least we still get to see Vegas torture Pete (i'm interested to see what kind of torture they impliment) and Pete is obviously still going to go through some psychological trauma because of it but it's still kind of upsetting to see such a big change from the novel. At least they aren't making Vegas out to be a saint, he's still crazy, just in a different way than the novel version.
I guess it does kind of make me excited in a different way than before to see the series version of VegasPete now compared to the novel version because I want to see how it plays out.
But still, fuck the author because that's all we've been doing for the past couple weeks anyways and this just adds to it! Like wasn't one of the reasons for leaving Filmania because they wanted to exclude the r@pe scenes? Now I'm confused, I feel like there has to be more reasons as to why they excluded them, unless they feel like they've managed to make Vegas and Pete's story even more fucked up then it was in the book. I just hope they didn't get rid of it to appease the precious snowflakes who always complain about SA.
Either way, I'm actually even more interested in the VegasPete story line in the series because I want to see just how unhinged this version of Vegas is compared to his novel counterpart...
