At this point I just want reba to fire him asap or c-alices pressure him out enough so he quit himself as reba's stylist.

Like he has someone so beautiful like reba to style and he keeps giving her unimpressive and boring dresses that too from some unknown fashion houses.
At this point I think he has some kind of setting for extra commission from these small unknown fashion houses, so he keeps dressing up popular actresses like reba , bailu etc in these dresses. And these fashion houses gets big advertisement
out of it.

And Worrying about his craft , credibility and clients are the last things in his mind. He is just looking out for some Instant cash and short term fame.

Yeah like other stylist have 3-4 misses when they are styling, it's opposite in his case ! Most of his styling are unimpressive and boring.

I am so done with minrui as reba's stylist, like he seems to be obsessed to make reba look like some little disney princess most of the time while reba is a 33 year old mature woman who has a strong and mysterious diva like aura.
Some time it's okay to dress her like disney princess but at this point it has become a norm for him.
Reba should seriously go back to momentum or if she can I want her to get Fan bingbing's stylist , these guys know their game and are one of the best in industry.

Yes she was shooting for her upcoming movie hence was not able to shoot for this episode.

Yeah if everything goes well reba could certainly gain good name with this movie, like we are talking about Stephen chow here and his films are the face of chinese comedy movies globally. Even in my country where people are not much into chinese movies or dramas "kungfu hustle" is very much enjoyed by everyone here and to this day many people keep recreating different scenes from that movie lol.

Honestly I don't have any kind of high expectation with minrui. 90-95 percent of the times his looks are underwhelming with everyone including reba.

Reba is really looking very gorgeous here. And this dress is way better (if not the best) from the last time's horrendous pink grey pearl dress.

Yeah chinese alices are working actively now to promote the show , making it one of the most anticipated show ranking no. 1 on datawin and douban (ranking even above the very anticipated shows which are just about to release) this may affect this drama positively. 🤞

And about that spy drama , I have a feeling that she is not doing that drama as it is kind of a biography of some chinese historical prominent figure and chances are production will prefer someone with typical han chinese looks .

Somewhere I have read that Reba is going to have most no. of scenes in the movie (even more than the rumoured male and female lead) and she also have longest shooting schedule for the movie.
