I initially also felt confused by the abrupt ending, but it completely fit their story. Theyāre just getting to know each other and starting again. They need to be separate people with separate lives since everyone has been dependent on Soo Hyuk and Yoondae is codependent. The ending was their attempt at beginning.

Yeon Jooās brutal animosity and desire to destroy Moon Youngās life is more understandable now. Itās misplaced revenge, but at least we can understand why. Iām glad her father plead guilty. Iām glad she told the truth and took responsibility. This was a really good episode. The preview for tomorrow is awful, sheās evil for going after Bom.
