It seems like all the stories are relating to the actions happening in the drama , first story about bullying and dongmin gets bullied. Second story about school rankings and from the trailer we see that yena has been beaten by somebody (most likely the young cousin of the ML)

I think she treated siyuan well because she generally cared for him rather than her feeling guilty about him , because like you said she killed her benefactors for her desire so I doubt she's the type to feel guilty as such. Honestly had she killed siyuan, she'd have gotten away with probably everything
