1. I believe CSG went back somewhere along the line. He has had dreams and he seems to have memories of the prince. 2. Both SSRs died at the same time causing them to switch souls. Now, I believe the "real" SSR when the manager showed her the picture, all the memories flooding back and particularly her seeing herself small with her grandmother made her realize who she was. I believe the "real" SSR got her times crossed because she thought when she was in the Joseon time that was HER time. When she woke back up, she was back in 2026. The time she was supposed to be in. 3. The artifacts in the museum regarding SSR and CSG will play a major role in the last two episodes. You heard them saying they were going to be sent back within 2 weeks, I think. 4. We have two couples...the ones in 2026 and the ones in Joseon. Both couples will get back to their correct time. I think the Joseon time she will be sent back earlier before her death hence her and the prince will get together. The picture will be shown in the museum with him begin in it this time with her. I think it will be the couple in 2026 will see what happened to the two in the Joseon time.
But here is my thing, if she wanted him to believe her, why didn't she on their date, take him to the museum to prove her point leading him to go on his on to figure it out if he still had doubts. Just sayin.
And this emotional rollercoaster is over. I cannot say this is the best BL I have watched but I must say I am glad they addressed his problem. It will be a day to day for them both but, they will find in the end, their own happiness.
After finishing this, I cannot say this is truly a 10. The reason why, too many flashbacks, near encounters, not seeing enough of them as adults. The ending felt rushed. I mean let's get everything in. There was really no reason to include him going back to doing the speech at school. Hell, he could have said more at their wedding, if they would have had one. Oh, but they didn't. Sorry average at best. Missed opportunity out of what started so strong to just fizzle.
We all know that the girl that she keeps mentioning is a figment of her imagination. I believe it is from her being traumatized by the monkeys that she has this imaginary person. She was a maid that died at the hands of the monkeys, or she just never accepted her initial death if she was at the mountain too.
Prince Ding is going to figure it out. They both will be helping each other.
