This was my first drama of Song Joong Ki, so nobody can accuse me of watching this solely because I’m his fan.
But I must say I’m impressed with his acting here. Everything is on point. Then I started watching Descendants of the Sun to fill the gaps while waiting for the new episodes.
And I wasn’t really invested in his performance there. I will say that his acting is so much better here in Vincenzo.
Also here he has an electrifying connection with the female lead.
Nothing cringeworthy. No over the top cheesy lines.
Likewise Jeon Yeo Bin’s acting is excellent. She’s warm and expressive without being annoying.
