So if I’m not mistaken, Jeong Suk is about 35 (her Mom said she’s been in the village since before Jeong Suk was born 35 years ago), and Do Hyeon is about 30 as he was born when the arsons happened.

It took them 5 years to acknowledge their mistakes and then they go back to the place where she felt lonely.
Ok hopefully they learned from experience. But I can’t help feeling skeptical.

This drama is made mostly for Lee Se Young to flex her fluent Japanese 😁.
Love the cinematography also.
But the ending is not too convincing.
I know from my own experience, living abroad all my adult life, it can be very lonely and stressful.
Even though I’m busy raising my own family, but I always miss my home country, my parents and my siblings. So I do understand Hong’s feelings.
