Not a fan of violent scenes so I have to pause every time I feel overwhelmed, sometimes I fast forward too. But I adore the trio, the Grandpa (love seeing him as the ‘good’ guy for once), and Grandpa’s chef and his buddy. Well made.

I would never want to rewatch this drama. It’s too painful to see all the abuse from Kang Ho’s Mom and Ha Young’s father. The only good thing is sweet Mi Joo. But I can easily find some clips in Tiktok for that.
This drama depicts all kind of relationship between parents and their children. The truly bad parents here are Oh Tae Soo and Woo Byeok. Tae Soo used and abused his daughter, and even killed his baby. While Woo Byeok spoilt his son. The others (Kang Ho’s mother, Mi Joo’s Mother, Sam Sik’s parents) are trying to be good mothers/fathers with their own way. Their children turned out to be good people. To admit that we are wrong are often a hard thing to do for parents. I can’t justify Kang Ho’s mom methods in the past but she regretted it, repented and promised to be a better mother in her next life. And that’s what’s important for any children to hear
Whatt? The Mask Lady is pregnant? How old is she then, she was already there and when Kang Ho was born 35 years ago. Also how could she know she’s pregnant just because she feels like throwing up like that 😂😂
