It's more than just a love story
You need to watch this show guys..because it's amazing.. I'm not exaggerating, it really is.
Very first about our jam and film.. they were awesome.
I loved their acting and also their dedication to each and every episodes.( at some point we will hate charn to the point that we can't get back, but hats off to his acting and commitment that made all those scenes real) and some scenes gave me butterflies in my stomach, actually they have one the best onscreen chemistry.
Coming to the plot.. i didn't like the first episode and sincerely I was planning to drop this series but I just gave it a try.. after 2nd episode, the plot developed mainly the interaction between the main characters also.. ( that's what we want to see right?) I couldn't resist my laughter at some scenes and also my tears to some other..
it's a complete package and I really loved it.
one of the main things that pulled me towards this drama is it's music.. to tell you the truth, they had heartwarming songs and romantic ost till the end.
I really loved this series. I have a brother and sister.. so it was easy for me to understand the emotions and their love towards each other. so I think you guys also can connect. And I want to say you that, just give it a try.. please don't drop the series by just watching first 2 episodes.( if you're a jam film fan, then you'll definitely regret that decision)

True love lives forever
They met after 100 years.. sounds cliche right.. but it was Mind blowing.This series will be remembered by many..
And it will always remain in my heart.. what a romantic story.. epic one.. this series itself is filled with all green flags. long time I had watched such a feel good family plus romantic drama.. I didn't know if I need to cry or enjoy their love towards each other at the same time.. no matter what, you have to watch the series to understand the depth that conveyed through this series.. then only you will find out, how a homophobic grandfather falls in love with a handsome yet cunning young man, and their love towards their family and friends.
And please can anyone tell me where can I get a niece like chu and and a friend like tao and third.. nobody can hate the cast.. they deserve so many awards and recognition..
This series had barely one song and it was perfect.
I need season 2 with some of their adventures and also to see further stories of other characters.
Love u offroad.. don't lose your smile for anything. Because it's precious, just like you.

Gmmtv's master piece
One of the best bl series. Its a full package of romance, comedy, sacrifice, inspiration all in one. All the cast were living in their own role and i can't imagine anyone other than mix for the role of tian. I fell in love with him the first time i saw him, he was just amazing. We can feel the pain of each character. And ofcourse earth was simply brilliant as always.After watching the whole series i felt pain, happiness all at once. I can't even explain how much this Series had inspired me to live a happy life with what we have.
A truly heartwarming story with perfect direction. And the places, visuals, the people all will bring joy by just watching it. Throughout this series we will get to see more of nature, villagers, animals and its really soothe our heart.
This series is perfect without long kisses or too much skinship. Its simple and that's i like about this series. If you don't watch this series you'll surely regret about this later.

An Honest Response to the Negative Reviews of Payback!!!
I know everyone has their own opinions, and I respect that. But I think you should be clearer with your words because there are so many things I want to clarify. I'll explain them one by one.1. About the main character
Almost every manhwa revolves around one main character. Payback is Sun's story—it's about his revenge/healing, not anyone else's. So I don't understand why you're expecting every other character's storyline to be explored in depth. Maybe you people haven't read many manhwas or novels, which is why you're looking at it that way.
Even fitting Sun's perspective into just ten episodes was difficult, so how could they possibly include everyone else's backstory as well?
2. "His acting is not good."
After finishing both the manhwa and the novel, I can confidently say he gave the best performance possible. I don't know how you expect someone who has lost both his mother and brother to behave. He's emotionally dead inside. He has nothing left to lose, and that's exactly how Sun is supposed to be. Jay is the person who enters his life and slowly makes it bearable again. He's the one who brings back Sun's smile, and the series portrays that beautifully. Also our pookie manager and sky.
3. Their chemistry
Again, everyone has their own opinion, but for me, they had perfect chemistry. Their kissing scenes were natural, emotional, and absolutely spot on.
4. About Jay and Sun's Relationship
Jay falls in love with Sun because he's different from everyone else. He's brave, fearless, and, in many ways, similar to Jay himself. Their connection is instant. Not everyone falls in love with their school friend or a cute office colleague. We're human, and human lives can be dark while still being deeply romantic.
5. About the director
People often criticize the direction without really understanding what a director's role is. They simply say the direction was boring. But have you watched Reclaim? It's directed by the same person. A director's job is to bring the story to life, and in Payback, the emotions, atmosphere, and pacing were exactly what the story needed.
6. About revenge
There is no such thing as a "big" or "small" revenge. Revenge is only fulfilled when the person who caused the pain is left broken and desperate enough to understand the consequences of their actions. No one can truly understand that pain except the person who has lived through it.
So, more than the depth of the revenge itself, I'm happy that Sun finally found a reason to smile again. In the end, that was the greatest victory.
7. My final thoughts
If even one person decides not to watch this series because of these comments, I genuinely feel they're missing out, because there will never be another Payback like this one.
At least watch the opening credits—they alone are enough to make you want to continue watching.
For me, Payback is raw, dark, and emotionally gripping. It makes you think about life, death, relationships, guilt, regret, and healing. It teaches you to value not only the lives of the people you love but also your own. It shows how to face your fears, overcome your regrets, and move forward.
Most importantly, this story makes you realize that life isn't about taking revenge or even fulfilling it. It's about finding a reason to live again, finding happiness, and having the strength to rise from the deepest pit.
I truly believe everyone should watch this series at least once. ( Fun fact: Payback was my favorite manhwa long before the live adaptation was announced. Even back then, I always felt that if any manhwa deserved a live-action adaptation, it would be this one. And guess what? My manifestation came true.)

Heart breaking
The journey was so amazing. It was a different plot with supernatural storyline( i think they couldn't convey what they wanted to portray). We can guess what will be the end, through the plot itself because if one want to survive, then the other have to sacrifice his life. But that pain and feelings they delivered perfectly. I cried alot. The actor's nailed their character. Their chemistry is unimaginable. That kiss from the last episode will surely give you butterflies, not at all awkward and one of the best kiss from k drama bl. Their story was cute, and they didn't put another in danger at any circumstances . But that was not enough for them to stay together. I sincerely expect for season 2. I felt some part of the story a little bit odd and incomplete but apart from that its amazing. One word - masterpiece
Oh my god.. what a 1st episode. Amazing. I didn't expected anything from this series, but from the start to the end, i didn't even get bored for a second. 'Masterpiece', that's what I want to say about the starting. 1st episode have to be engaging and they have done it so well mainly by developing the characters and portraying the tension between the main leads. And by the way, their chemistry was overflowing. who made this casting deserve an award, because they were living in their role. And my precious baby kaownah , he made a guest role and gave his best.Overall I loved everything from its 1st episode itself and I'm going to watch the rest of the episodes for sure. Do not miss this series because nowadays it's rare to find a different story like this.

Naturally perfect
Its truly amazing.A natural story, natural acting, and everything seemed perfect. I can't even get over with the actors.. great talent to convey things. They were like family. The best part is the dialogues that they said, all touched my heart, deep inside. This whole series was like a roller coaster ride. They taught us many things, to be happy, to fall in love and love can be simple and also it can make us happy in different ways. I was about to quit this drama in the 1st place.. but after completing 1st 2 episodes, i get attached to it. Because its amazing. Everything in this series is the one we want to hear or understand about love. It taught me a different perspective towards love
It will be a true loss if you didn't watch this.

We all have a one sided love story in our life, right? We tried so hard to win over them. Sometimes we just pray to god for them to look at us. This is that story, for all of us. This series will recall our memories. That 1st love, we buried deep inside. I felt the actor's happiness, pain, anger everything. War was living in his role.. great acting. Its a best series to remember the one's we loved long ago. And they have the best ost. It will make you fall in love again. Best thriller airing right now
Omg I was just holding my breath till the end of the second episode. what a fast paced series.. with lots of suspense and everytime leave us in a cliffhanger. Not to mention the acting, we all know the leads and their extraordinary performance. Ji sung my fav..From the 1st two episodes, we can see friendship, revenge, love, death, investigation, fight and everything. This is a complete pack.
The plot also seems new to me. A detective from the narcotics team (jang jae- he is the main lead) who, after being forcibly addicted to drugs by some illegal drug dealers, finds unexpected turns in his life. And at the same time, his old friend commits suicide which he believes as a murder. The main plot twist is that, his dead friend left 5 million dollar worth insurance money to both our main leads jung jae and oh yun ( btw they were not so close to give them 5 million dollars lol). it's suspicious. Now our officer has many things to unfold, like.. the drug dealer, the murderer, and also the reason for his friend to take a life insurance worth 5 million dollars, all while hiding his addiction from everyone. The answer to the questions is all connected.
It's interesting to me atleast. But I can guarantee you.. you will all wonder what will happen next.. for sure
So go and watch this masterpiece

Cute and funny
Chapgreen is one of my fav ship. So seeing them together makes this series special for me.I think its a variety plot and we can't predict what's going to happen next, so now I'm not going to tell anything about the storyline.
Nawee and aioun are the names of the main lead. Nawee's assistant is super cute and he's really funny. And i loved the 2 brothers of aioun as well. Especially the second brother with spects looks kinda cute and handsome. I think you can invest your time here becoz its only 8 eps and running time is nearly 20 min (as a chapgreen fan that's the only thing i hate about this series.. i need more screentime of them)
and our one and only jeff satur is singing.. what else we need for ost. His talent is no joke.. my fav.
I think most of the people don't know about this series, i guess you will regret later.. becoz you're going to miss the supercute chemistry of chapgreen.
So that's it.. you can watch it in gagaoola and don't forget to watch the ost on utub.

Don't miss the Stalker love story
Omg how this series can be this much hot and cute. Everytime nuea and toh come closer, its just fire.Guys don't drop this series by watching first 2 ep. Because at first i was not interested to watch this series.. but now I'm skipping enchantè to watch this series.
Their chemistry is just amazing and they are really comfortable with each other in the NC part.
I initially thought that it will be a small series with 6 ep but its actually have 14 ep.. and I'm very much excited to watch the next ep after nuea confessed to toh..
It doesn't have any strong story or something we haven't seen but it's cute to see the Stalker part because we all had done something like this in our past. But luckily they love each other.. and i loved all ost from this Series, it gives k drama ost kinda vibe.
Don't think guys. It's really cute and fun to watch. Don't forget to switch on the ac.. it's going to be really hot😜

Don't expect anything
One of my favourite and most re-watched Japan bl series was kieta hatsukoi. May be that's why, I'm a little bit disappointed. I'm not saying this series is boring or something like that.. but the 1st episode didn't work for me..May be I compared it too much with the original one..
But the chemistry was awesome and I love fourth as always.. and he tried to be cute as aoki as possible.. but no-one can beat Aoki for his cuteness..
In my opinion, Gemini was not like the original ida.. the confusing face was there but he was missing something.. I don't know.. but it would have been weird if he copied exactly like him, so some Gemini touch is necessary.
Sometimes I felt like they added the extra scenes just to make a 1 hr episode. Some did work and some did not (They could have executed a couple of scenes beautifully, but they didn't ) don't worry guys.. luckily the chemistry always works..
And the production also was not that good.. or may be because of the editing.. no idea, something was lacking
And the music was not that good in the 1st ep.. we expect the best songs from gem4th series and the original version is famous for their music.. so let's wait for the best to come in the next episode onwards.
Overall I like to see more of Gemini fourth and the stories of atom khongthap but also, I'm always comparing this series with the original one..
So those who didn't watched kieta hatsukoi, then it's the best series.. for those who watched it, then don't worry you get to see more of their hidden stories and Gemini fourth chemistry..
For me first episode was just average.. as I said something was missing, may be I expected too much.. but my review can change in the future, because I don't have any expectations from now on.. and I'm surely going to watch the rest of the series because of gem4th and I trust the whole team.
Oops forgot to mention mudmee and half, they were cute and lovely. Loved the whole cast.

a messed up family, and a cute love story
OMG really, i didn't expected this drama would be this great. it's not just a simple plot, it's more than that. like where did they find this perfect story and all these perfect cast, not only that , it connects everyone. Everyone of you, who think you are outcasted just because of someone's ideology or mode of thinking. Those people are not realising the fact that, they are also harming the future generation.I truly enjoyed this lakorn. I was not expecting anything from the first, so everything was a bonus for me.
The main cast did complete justice to their job. Not just them, everyone from the series. Sometimes we can't make sense to the storyline, but everything can't be perfect ( so don't make it a big deal). I can't put words to explain film's talent. He is amazing and his smile is cute. And I really liked the brothers love towards each other.
Not to mention nunew's OST. He is one of the best.
And, I have to say this, if you are planning to watch a romantic comedy bl, then it's not for you. It's all about revenge, jealousy, action, fantasy and with some romance and comedy ( that's what we all are looking for). It's a complete pack of everything.
All those who love their mom, should definitely watch this.(don't wry you'll know after watching this series).
Its worth your time baby. And also they got so many awards. So just go watch it.

Only for sun-nuea
I watched this series for maxnat. And to be honest they didn't disappoint me. Their entire episode was funny and amuzing (ep 3 &4). They are heaven made couple and their chemistry is outstanding. I was laughing throughout their storyline. The plot was simple and cute and sometimes we can feel that they are really into their character. I don't know anything about other characters story but 3rd and 4th episode made me feel paradise and I'm telling the truth man, this is the story for you guys who loves romcom dramas( bcoz I'm one of them) and they portrayed their character really well so no need to worry and get ready to binge-watch. masterpiece story and mesmerizing chemistry
I have rewatched, I'm rewatching and I will re-watch this again and again and again. I was not planning to write the review until I have finished but I can't wait to say this..what a masterclass drama.. I was waiting this type of bl from Korea. we will get everything from this series, top notch acting, melting chemistry, bold characters, and the main thing, the way they carried the story line and the character development. simply amazing. There is a scene where a homophobic will get the right reply for his behaviour.. and those scenes will give you the perfect goosebumps (that kiss was historical).And what to say about tae myung ha, who will never fall for him.. even I fell the minute I saw him.. when you are his favourite, he will do whatever he can to protect you from the world. This series will give you the right amount of laugh, cry and you will experience the love for sure.. like the legendary words from TMH ' it's not the icecream, it's you that I like..', i hope we all get that kind of confidence in our life.
This series is about our main lead gets trapped inside a game and I'm have way through.. and now I can sense a heart break, me crying but also a happy ending.. I wish everybody get the chance to watch this drama.. and by the way they have one of the best OST.
