1)Eat lots of fruits,drink lots of milk &water,avoid alcohol 2)Use face masks like charcoal mask 3) Exercise daily 4)Hear music....to relieve stress and be happy..... 5)Bath in water mixed with milk ,sandlewood etc to get good smelling body+fresh skin 6)Wear eyemask if you aren't sleeping enough 🤣 7)Play games ....you shall discover the kid in you and stay young ..
