In Youku China schedule, 3 episodes are released for SVIP members and 2 episodes for VIP members. But SVIP schedule is only available in Mainland China, not internationally.

According to this post on Facebook, the drama will air on Oriental TV during prime time. It was originally scheduled for CCTV-8 but has been shifted to Oriental TV due to scheduling conflicts.

Douban is not a 100% reliable source. Yes, they may put an unofficial release month or year but this is usually based on rumors or tentative schedules. Most rumors typically come from Weibo as many “melon” users are active there, while tentative release often come from pre-broadcast investment promotion. Since these are tentative, they can change anytime or stay the same.
Once a drama has investment promotion and a tentative release month is put, the final decision is up to the platform whether to release it on that month or reschedule it.
It is up to you whether to rely on Douban or Weibo melon users. But remember, not all rumored posts are accurate. Some may turn out to be true and others not.
