Yup, but remember during the review, the NRTA/Censorship Board may request edits or cuts to scenes, dialogues, or entire segments that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with national policies.

Just to add, after a TV series is completed, it often needs to go through a review and approval process by the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) also known as Censorship Board, before it can be officially broadcast or distributed in China.
