Judging from the series and the webtoon, it seems like Bong Seok was the only one unaware. Hee Soo(Realization hit when her father mentioned that she takes after him) and Kang Hoon(He's smart so he might've figured that out early) are aware their parents have supernatural abilities.

It seems like it was all planned by Naju. I would assume that given she's a woman, she instinctively thought that the NIS was behind the death of Guryopong's wife. So she adopted kids at a certain age and mixed them together with her daughter, and thought out a scheme in case they were caught. I read on Namu Wiki that the reason why they didn't confirm/train Bong Seok's power was so as not to alert Lee Mi Hyun into running away.
