Official sources don't mention anything about any romance between the two leads.
I guess there *might* be some very slight undertones if you look hard enough? But it probably won't be the main focus/plot point.

It won't have 10 episodes though. 4 or 5 short ones, about an hour in total I suppose, judging from the previous titles of this project.

Third one (Koiseyo, Onzoshi) starts in July, and fourth (Chat Boy) in August).

I do understand that it's not an easy work to do subs, but 4 episodes since April? Well...it's really disrespectful…
They do it of their free will, in their free time, it's a hobby and not a full-time job. They are a living person and have their life, family, obligations and a ton of other things that might get in the way of working on the fansubs.
And it's one thing to demand faster releases if you're paying for them (though also questionable tbh), but if you're getting it for free... well.
Maybe everyone got so used to the speedy official releases of licensed drama/anime on streaming platforms, so they expect the same from the fansubbers idk =\
