Did Zhang Linghe acting improve here ? I was not a fan of his acting in his previous dramas
I haven't started this drama yet either. I would like the answer to this question as well. I think his acting is alright, but sometimes not so stable or the greatest. He isn't bad, but definitely could use some improvement, and development in my opinion.
this might become the worst adaptation among the author's novel if they don't choose the right actors
I agree, unfortunately. I am REALLY not liking the most recent rumor. Infact, I will not watch this drama and possibly avoid it like the plague if they are casted as the leads.
Guys and gals, please don’t start fan war here. Each of us thinks that our idols is better then the other actors…
I support BOTH actor and actress. And maybe people could be a little bit more optimistic and less negative. They Both decided to do this drama, so accept that. Maybe there are things going on that we don't know about. We can't control them.
I am holding out hope for this drama. Hopefully Alices and others won't suck out the fun and excitement from this forum with their pessimism and real concern.😉
P. S. Just because we like an actor or actress, doesn't mean that we will necessarily watch or like everything they act in. Maybe wait for the final judgment, or if some people have no interest in this drama, don't watch it, but they haven't even started filming yet.
How do you know for sure that it will be a bigger mess? It hasn't even begun filming yet. I know that the odds are not the greatest, but in some countries, they will have more than one screenwriter for a series. It sounds like it could become messy, and I am concerned too, but I am still going to wait and see what happens.

I saw Li Qin and then Li Yitong, but not Zhao Lusi and Dylan Wang.
I have seen Zhao Li Ying and Dylan Wang, some though..
