I agree with everything you said, except about the female actress. Some of the makeup and hairstyles are an issue. But she is BETTER looking than MOST of the women in this drama, including both sisters (the fake 3rd sister at times is debatable), stepmother, the crazy princess, and the emperor's concubine and the stupid maids, are NOT as attractive as her.
