I don't understand why people are always comparing the second leads to the first leads. And using the second leads to critique the first leads. It's almost has become like fandom wars. I appreciate both the couples for what they are and I don't expect them to be like each other. There is a beauty in both of the couples relationships.
In life everyone does not have the exact relationship. Some people's relationship might be filled with warm hugs and other might be filled with steamy kisses. We can't expect everyone relationship to be the same because they are different sets of people.
Also I am seeing two different opinions on the end scene. Of course majority are estatic. But some have a different opinion and that's ok. I personally think the end scene was hot but also think it was sweet. It was sweet to see these two cute characters who are always putting others first or work first finally let go and not hold their emotions back. And I guess in a way there was more of an emotional build to it. Hopefully that makes sense.
Either way I am loving both the couples.

One hour flies up like five minutes. This drama is made with a sense of proportion and attention to even small…
It wasn't too modest at all especially since I didn't expect that from them at all since they have been having a very sweet kind of romance.

Updated: corrected the year 2049 to 2091 (also corrected Section 6). I remembered incorrectly the year the Ghost…
You said " Her parents would have been killed later on in 2005 when the solar winds destroyed the earth." We can't say certainly her parents would be killed because the solar winds damaged and greatly impacted the earth but did not wipe out the earth out. people did still survive in 2021. Also some people might still be able to have children. We can't say for certain that everyone wouldn't be able to have kids. As we can see some people were more greatly impacted by the radiations than others. Also his father made an invention in order to solve some of the issues with the radiation damage. So if there was an invention like that then also between the time of 2021 to 2061 about 40 years someone could come up with a solution to solve people not being able to have children.

If you are asking if it matters when the answer is yes. It is all about time and place events takes in order to get certain outcome. Also Ghost most likely came from a No Grid, radiation impacted world. because if she didn't she wouldn't have had a reason to travel back to 1997 set up the Grid. Her Grandparents would have been still been able to survive in a radiation impacted world.
I also just said parents as a possibility but he would definitely have to be grandparent.

I think you missed that part but Saeha went to 2021 that has no grid.
It wouldn't have the same result at all because people are still living in the radiated world and solar wind affected world in 2021 people still existed but were just badly impacted by the Solar winds and radiation. So ofcourse it is not the same thing. Her relative would still be alive even without the Grid if the janitor died.
Yes it does matter if one her parents are killed because she would definitely not show up in the same form at least, because that means her father or grandfather would not exist to meet her mother or grandmother. Therefore her family tree would be broken up therefore she would not exist.

I think it is related to just the janitor not Saeho's Dad.
Because Saeho's Dad survived but she didn't disappear. But then when the janitor walked out and survived that's when she started to disappear. Her disappearance is what stopped her from getting the Grid installed in the first place and not the other way round. If she didn't disappear she would have installed the Grid. Therefore the grid not being installed is not what made he r disappear.
Also the reason why Ghost was not there is maybe Saeho might have chosen to come just before Ghost comes to try and sort the Grid before she came. I suspect she will show up the next episode and might actually see what has happened to his Father.

Also there are many ways and infinite ways that the Janitor might be linked to her existence. Simple things like because the Janitor survived he then drove car with the the little boy and maybe then crashed the car. Killing both the him and the boy. The little boy might be her relative and there she does not exist anymore. So maybe if the Janitor survives the little boy doesn't survive and therefore Ghost wouldn't exist.

I haven't read the above comments.
However, The device and bearer could have actually come from the destroyed earth (Non Grid earth, radiated earth) where she actually might have still existed. There are more than one factor of why she disappeared. The Grid being not installed was not the reason why she disappeared.
There was another factor of why she might have disappeared and that is that the Janitor survived and Sae ho's Father survived, which is different from before.
The device could have not been installed and she might have still survived but then if the Janitor and Saeho's father survived she might have still disappeared because those two might be directly linked to her future in someway or form.
As you see in episode 7 as she was trying to install the Grid and the Saeho removed all the obstacles that could guarantee her success in installing the Grid but then Janitor was walking out with his son and survived that is when she started to disappear. So ultimately that event of the Janitor surviving is what actually what made her disappear. So that might be the factor that actually made her disappear, not the grid installation.
Therefore she might have actually come from the destroyed( Non Grid) earth and still existed.

Did Sae Ha fell in love with Sae Byeok? ....After watching the latest episode... It kinda gives that hint
I know right it does seem like it. The fact that seeing Sae Byeok and what happened to her actually is what pushed him to go back in time out all the things he saw shows that he cares for Sae Byeok a lot. Right now, we are not sure if it is romance or a deep friendship or at least bond they have. Either way it shows he really cares about her. I guess we will see what happens.

That is a highly possible theory. But I really hope it's not true.

This is my understanding of what is going on.

The little boy is not Saeha he is in fact someone else, we have just been deceived by the writer. The writer did give us a clue when Sae Beok (FL) made assumption that he is the little boy however Sae Ha answered and said it is not him.

The janitor is also not Saeha's father, his father is the man who looks exactly like him 1997 Doctor Kwon Sukeun . When he was talking to Ghost he said the man who he is always mistaken for.
Even at the end of the episode Sae Ha called the look alike Dad. Therefore the son of who the look alike was talking on the phone with was in fact Sae Ha when he was younger. Even when Saeha said he is Saeha, the look alike said how do you know my son.

This makes sense because there was no time line combustion thing that happens when you meet your past self or future self when he met the boy or the look alike.

There reason why Saeha was very attached to what happened in 1997 even though his father was not the Janitor was because his father probably died on that day too. As you can see when Ghost came she used the zapper thing on his father (the look alike) in order to get his ID card to activate the computer to then active the Grid. So Saeha's father probably died from that.

Now the question who is the little boy? My sister has a theory, that the little boy is the murderer man Kim Manok. And that would explain maybe why Ghost is always trying to protect him.

Great summary. Yup definitely the main core of the drama is finding the purpose of her doing all these things. But…
I think most people are assuming she is time traveler from the future, that is what I think she is too. So that is why she able to move through time and knows of the future and that is how she probably knew about the solar flares and that is probably why she set up the Grid in order to save the earth. So she is most likely a time traveler.

That is a good theory that is also a possibility. For me I think the Ghost is a time traveler and she is able to move through time and control time and she knows the future and she trying to align events a certain way in order to prevent something from happening or in order make something happen . So I see the resets and her rewinding time in order for events and situations to turn out a certain way so that there is a certain outcome overall. So like when the murdered wanted to steal the money she rewinded time in order for him not to steal the money because she knew the outcome and so that events align a certain way.

The problem what is her motive, for someone who helped to set up the Grid in order save the earth why would she help a killer? And I think that's what main characters are very confused about because she supposed to be the earth's savior.
I guess we will see what will happen in episode 4 and maybe more information will be revealed.

So Sae Ha’s goal: find Ghost. The question is what he plans to do after finding Ghost: get answers from her…
Great summary. Yup definitely the main core of the drama is finding the purpose of her doing all these things.
But to be honest even it turns out she is doing these things to stop a greater doom, I still can't support what she is doing. In a way writer kind of posed that question in the conversation with FL and ML. The FL saying what if someone was going to hinder the creation of the Grid and for sake humanity she had to do that but then ML saying but does it make it ok to kill someone. I think that is going to be one of the major issues they wrestle with in the drama.

I really want know why she is doing these things and what is the importance of the murderer, because he is very important they way she follows him everywhere. Is he the key to stopping something from happening to everyone. However, why did she allow him to kill the convenient store owner, she could have actually stopped from doing that.

I am also wondering how calculative Ghost is, is she intentional in every single thing Like how the FL said she should could have made it that the murder is not found by her under the car. at all. But it seems like she wanted FL to see her deliberately. So I am also thinking she wanted ML to know about her too. I wondering if it's going to be kind of a things where they are doing what she wanted them to do in the first place.

And for some reason, I feel like maybe ML might try and save his father but that might have repercussions for everybody.

Episode 3 Discussion
Just finished episode 3 and right now Ghost is looking more and more villainous.
To be honest even if she is simply hired by a company to do these deeds, I still doesn't excuse her for killing someone. If she is trying to let events align in a certain way in order to prevent some kind of doom happening I just think that it should not cost people's lives.
It really sad what happened to ML's father. And it's sad he had to see his father die.

There are a lot of characters in this drama that sit in the gray zone. Even the murderer I don't think he killed or harmed the Grandma even though it was made to look like he did. However, he still did kill the convenient store owner just simply cause he lost his temper. So I am really wondering what is the importance of this murderer and why he is protected so much by the Ghost.

A theory, What if Ghost killed the ML's father in order to have the ML turn out a certain way. Like what if she knew that he would then be filled with revenge and therefore will discover or push something to occur that is very important. Because why would she kill his father right in front of him, it seemed very deliberate.
