So...Basically Khun lost his big brother and his sister-in-law in a car accident, after that he saw ghosts and started to have some health/mental issues (what I mean, anxiety, trust issues - he easily get panicked, trauma... but also as it's written, some delusion..) He has a boyfriend named Tao, they look after Khun's nephew named Dungjai. They moved to a new house, they met a novel writer (BL novel writer, it seems) named Vit who is their neighbor but also the one Tao is going to cheat with....
The ghost he saw at 8 min30 in the third part is his big brother, asking his help. Ok so the ghost are the parents of Dungjai...
