It would help to clarify who "she" is. Keeping it vague with pronouns can often lead to misunderstandings. It doesn't have to be a fan who thought choi accused him. I am not exactly a fan, but I happened to read this discussion thread and also misunderstood that you were talking about choi. If she didn't, please do clarify. Also, if you could, let us know who was the one who actually sued him. :)
