Relationships are often challenging. It's what we do while we're navigating those challenges that determines whether or not those relationships last a lifetime. I'm glad Junxi finally stopped lagging and is taking steps to hold on to the one he loves.

This episode encapsulated how tangled life can be between love, our dreams, our expectations, our fears and deep need for safety within the arms of those who we know love us.

A Beautiful Sledgehammer to the Heart

What a series! Everything about this series was A+. Exceptional acting, directing, cinematography, screenplay, wardrobe and score. They didn't try to wrangle a contrived ending out of what were intensely complex relationships. Life doesn't always work out the way we desire. There are some who are brave of heart and those who are cowardly and when they meet on the battlefield of love, rarely do we end up with a warm and cushy resolution. I loved the entire series!

An Acting Clinic! 🤩

The actors in this drama continued to astonish. Mam Kathaleeya McIntosh, who portrayed Sasiwimol , Wang's mother, had my jaw on the floor. Her acting was out of this world. She understood the character's selfish motivations so deeply, that I couldn't hate her for her behavior, even though in many ways I wanted to shake her. Life can sometimes be one big tangled web of complexities and this drama is plowing right into the heart of those tangles. I continue to be beyond impressed with this drama!

First Episode Got Me Onboard Immediately

I was pleasantly surprised by this series' quality-- wonderful acting, cinematography, directing and writing. I've happily boarded the ship. Let's go!

Very Well Done

There were many types of emotional bravery on display in this episode. One partner had to come out to a friend and the other had to reveal the depth of his emotional vulnerability to his partner. This was very well done and showed a depth to their relationship that was unexpected, but very welcome.

OK. We're Getting More of Why These Two Will Fit Together in the End

Mayama has been hurt in the past, and so doubts anyone really could want him, while Asamiya appears to already fully cherish Mayama and is waiting for Mayama to catch up. Asamiya's friends, and now Mayama, are charming.

Intriguing beginning-- classic JBL high school drama. 1 character is clueless with a heart of gold and the other is borderline obsessed and much softer of heart than they initially appear to be. Let's see how this particular series navigates the tropes.

It's Never Easy

Is it love, infatuation or transference? Either way, it's a ball of destructive yearning, and whatever the resolution, something essential will be lost.

Sweet!

These two have incredible chemistry. Their scenes flow so beautifully-- natural and easy. Now, I'm invested, fully, in seeing where this all goes.

Unrequited Love is a Singular Pain

I have experienced both sides of this type of relationship and it held a type of pain that's difficult to describe in words.... The actors depicted it perfectly.
