Yes. It’s very different from your usual fantasy but still has some tropes.

The actor is a natural born comedian so sticking him in this massive antagonist role was a big departure. Irl he’s a goofball and a prankster. ZL who plays Left hand said she seldom does costume dramas especially with fight scenes and she had a lot in this show so she would ask him how to execute them and they fought a lot so she wanted it to look good. But she was cute about it because she would buy him his favorite snacks and call him “laoshi” or teacher even though she’s several years older than him. So despite the hatred between the characters; irl they had a bunch of fun and even learned from each other.

Have a feeling YK will be a problem until the end. So express tomorrow especially after that preview of 38; now she’s in trouble. And even though he’s on the battlefield, he can sense it. So killing YK will bring peace to both of their worlds at this point. DX has got to use his sword. I think his sword, her power and the other two combined will end this POS once and for all! Totally waiting for express. So tomorrow I’ll watch everything.

Yeah, because if you think about it, FOF had the same name for the flute that CDL's character carried, and she was the goddess of that name. But even though he's the big dude of all demons, he's running unlimited power, considering he gave his godly power to WSG. So I'm not entirely sure what he could protect JL with. Unless it's to tell the others that she was the one that was lying and not JL.

Or JY to control of it briefly who knows? Honestly, at this point at least for a while I think JL dying would actually give him some sort of break because he has been carrying this massive burden that should never have been his to carry in the first place I mean he comes back obviously, but she should've told them all the truth and not kept them in the dark planting seeds of doubt because these are the people people that could have protected him, especially WSG getting the last deity power instead of her. I just think that even with all the rewinds it should not have been her decision to make or do.

Our know it all knows everything. I don't exactly know what demonic power he had, but it had to do with like being a demonic encyclopedia, dictionary, and knowing every history of every demon since the beginning of time or something. Also could possibly be prophetic.

Well, that would be cool if they had met previously it would definitely help with on screen chemistry. But those two I think would get along really well in a drama with more scenes together.

But these are the people that can protect him instead of harm him. With all the time reversals, I still don't understand how she doesn't get it. That she herself could just be taken over by JY and harm him now that he is completely defenseless. Plus, there are so many demons and humans out there that want to kill him anyways. He has always been the perfect target and now she made him even more so. Instead of isolating from the people that have come to trust him and who he trusts, she should've done a better job, I guess you can say considering what she's made out of and from whom.

And it's not like he came from a close place either he came from the sect so he must've buzzed himself over or something with whatever power he had left. He also must have felt that the ring was no longer with JL.

I like them both too and I follow both. I think they need a show together somewhere whether it's modern or costume doesn't matter, but I think this is the first time that they have met in the series. I don't recall CHS being anywhere else and we haven't seen Rosie cloud so I don't know if he's in that thing.
