No, I have not. Because seeing the kid is believable, especially after everything, he said, and given the way this drama is set up from start to finish. You can see the ending the way it was done. But again agree to disagree.

I don’t understand what you mean by typical Chinese ending. That’s not typical at all actually from any of the dramas that I have seen and it actually makes perfect sense given the time jump that they had a kid or two. Again, people can agree to disagree. It is totally fine. The way you’re saying it just doesn’t make actual sense.

I’m going based off of logic and please put your comment and spoiler because people haven’t finished yet. If it’s a hallucination or an illusion, wouldn’t she be hallucinating the man she actually loves not some random kid? Plus the entire drama had us prepared for this all of the fake deaths, the fake body parts, the fake faces like in Game of Thrones we know that she’s a professional, best assassin in the world, and yet she couldn’t escape an explosion that she herself created? Come on now. Using logic, that’s my take on it. If people want to think it’s an illusion and everybody died, that’s on them but that’s not my take.

Everyone wants power. That’s the whole thing here you really have to watch out for everybody even the cripples.

Yeah, it’s been a zoo both here and on Weibo because of that but I think when people calm down and look at things a little bit more logically they will see it. And some won’t and will continue to cry so to each their own.

I had a few bubbles with a few of the performances, but overall, I think they did a bang up job. I do wish they didn’t squeeze so much into these last six episodes because it’s really too much for the brain to take when you’re rushing toward the finish line.

The leads are alive. He is their son. They also have a daughter. He is named after 13 and the daughter is named after YL. They purposely made the ending ambiguous.

One thing is for sure they stuck everything including the kitchen sink into the last six episodes. I think it could’ve been done a little bit better if they had stretch that out a bit.

I think they really didn’t pay attention throughout the entire series of the little clues we were given to make all of that happen.

I too, go by logic and what we’ve learned about our characters this entire series; otherwise, it just does not make sense at all, so I’m not really sure why people in the comments are like “oh my God everyone died!” Um, No 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I agree! Not every series and couple should be wedding bells and whatnot. This entire series in a sense was preparing us for an end like this.

The entire series had clues. I mean I called it the game of faces from Game of Thrones look how many times that was done. Even the ML did it at some point and all the other guards did. There are so many clues that people are just choosing not to take into account.

I guess they had to create a meadow somewhere, considering we’ve only done forests and deserts. The CGI is kind of cheap looking, but it is what it is. I still believe considering everything we know about the show that it is in HE for our leads but very sad for everyone else.
