No, he didnât have a clue about the transmigration or any of that. He just wanted the throne and wanted to be emperor and didnât know or care that the young ML was being tortured as well by the wicked witch. His whole goal the entire time was to get the throne and then he could just rule the people.

He was worried about her safety because even during the hot pot session, they said that Prince asshole wonât do anything in the palace but once you leave the palace youâre fair game. Which is exactly what happened because heâs got spies everywhere too. Itâs not the fact that she wanted to visit those characters at the graves and relatives and what not even when ML told her not to go, but because this douche bag already had plans for her obviously. And when it comes to her and the fact that ML was already having a headache, hence the whole tyrant coming out split personality thing. He was very worried and scared plus getting the awful headache at that time of all times from years of poisoning. The dark guards werenât harmed; it was just a scare tactic.
Also in regards to what happened between Prince asshole, and her and the carriage and how she couldnât be strategic and capable; the two of them were in close quarters, and he couldâve snapped her neck in two seconds flat so she had to buy time to get out of there. All the people attacking were his people to begin with. Plus her pulling out the gun nearly gave away what it looked like so she could have given away the entire plan. Which was what he was more or less counting on. He knew that there was still a master fighter beside ML and he knew that they were using some kind of powerful weapon.
