There were definitely mistakes made on her part, no doubt. She was overly timid and sometimes you need to be a bit aggressive in these situations.

They’d need the CVR for proof of what happened. Them braking fast would have most likely caused the jet to spin out because they were going at high speeds still. I also think her decision given the circumstances stances was correct.
