I'm in the same place with not just vaccines but meds of all kinds as you but I do still go to places and outside. Going for a walk in the fresh air won't give you Covid. Go to a park or a beach; don't know where you live so can't advise too much weather wise. But don't live under a rock just because you can't get something that's not 100% fool-proof either.
