If you think about it he and Bei are total polar opposites and they have this unspoken language where they understand each other very well hence they’re able to stay friends. But most of the time I feel Bei wants to toss him down some stairs 😂. And I feel him lol. Gong is the realistic yet dramatic comic relief doofus of the group that we need. Red/morally gray flags are just not my cup of tea anymore. I’m no one’s mom nor therapist. Those are either available through parents or found through Google lol. I think They added ML as the green flag to balance out both FL and his friends. He learns as he goes. I think his flaw is not letting go of the past (his ex) because he never got closure so for her to appear in his life; that’s coming soon, will throw his world and relationship upside down. He’ll have to figure out whether he wants to live in the past or let go of his obsession and be with the woman he loves now.

Exactly. She’s the third wheel that keeps inserting herself when she’s unnecessary. If she loved AX as she claims, she would let him work out his marriage and whether he wants to stay or go instead of dangling herself in front of him making the dilemma worse. She’s the temptress. She’s not making things better; she’s not being the higher or better person by just letting go; she’s holding on to someone that isn’t hers and being selfish about it.

Agreed. Sometimes just setting each other free is the absolute best choice because then you really have the options to explore every option. Sticking around just out of habit or whatever does not and won’t necessarily help unless you are very willing to work hard on the marriage and this has to come from both sides. And let the third party drift away. No verbal abuse, no playing dirty and making the other person feel even more rotten than they already do but real actual work with a licensed professional. I mean, there wouldn’t be any marriage counselors out there had that need not been there.

Other than therapy, I think that all three need to just separate and go three separate directions until they can figure out exactly what they want and whether they want to be together with anyone. AX so far has been getting the best deal because he’s not choosing one woman or the other woman meanwhile, the women one is obviously his wife, and she should be getting his primary attention and everything else while the other one I don’t even know what they are to each other to be honest. LL just seems like a temptress that as soon as AX tries to distance himself away she pulls some kind of sub story or routine to get him back claiming that she loves him, but at the same time also saying that he needs her. I think it’s become a parasitic relationship between the three. Whether AX and LL have slept together or not is beside the point, but it’s not all innocent either. It’s not like they just chill and make music and what not there’s a certain level of intimacy there that he should be reserving for his wife, not the side piece.

Some food for thought for us viewers; if AX never met LL; would he and Yu be any less miserable? LL is an added complication but the problems in their marriage don’t stem from just her alone. I think that’s something Yu may not have thought of. It’s convenient to blame LL but they have a boatload of issues from money problems to total lack of communication and so forth that has nothing to do with her.

I think one of the flaws that XB has shown as being tolerant of so much of his friends morality issues. I also think we will see him struggling with when his ex comes into the picture because he never really got closure there and now he’s with someone else so we will see. Plus the fact that he did jump into this relationship with really being afraid of asking questions or letting his partner talk more about herself; not like she’s very open and maybe that’s convenient though he did tell Gong he would accept anything from her and her past doesn’t matter to him. It’ll still be interesting when she does open up finally and tells him the truth. Basically they’re moving slow and fast at the same time he’s kind of in the I don’t want to know, but I want to know section. And that I think is a flaw of his even though out of everybody he is the greenest flag. So no major monsters in his closet. Gong is just nuts, honest and knows his limits. That’s why they’re able to be friends as well as the rest of this unconventional bunch being friends with each other.

I don’t think Yu is innocent either. She has done her share of wrongs as well. She knew going into the relationship that it would not be all roses and smooth sailing. She even predicted it and still she’s using verbal abuse and what not on him. It just goes to show that absolutely no one in that group has it all together 100% but as the story continues, I think that’s where they’re aiming to go is to get the relationships to where they need to be at least that’s what the Weibo site says.
