Yeah, I saw the exact same clip as you did from various sources on Weibo and he’s standing like a full foot behind her with his arms crossed just watching her shoot and FL gets all bent out of shape starts yelling at him asking if that’s what he wants and he says it’s not what you think and she doesn’t even bother and walks away.

I think that there are good guys out there in the world. I think there are bad guys out there in the world, but I think without giving someone a chance or any credence to just label them whatever is not right either. Just because this show has a bunch of guys that are quite questionable, there is at least one good dude that’s friends with the ML here. But I truly hope that because this show is 26 episodes that FL gets around to hearing what the ML has to say after all she’s harboring some serious secrets of her own that she doesn’t want him to find out and his is the one ex-girlfriend from college that left him not the other way around. I also think FL has abandonment issues because in yesterday‘s episodes, we saw a flashback of hers where she’s a little girl running after some older guy with a suitcase so maybe it’s like her father leaving or something so this could also stem from childhood trauma. Just like women there are some men that fall head over heels and then get hurt and then have a hard time getting over that and then the next person that comes along they’re fearful to lose because what if this person doesn’t like them the same way either and does the same thing to them. We all have these fears; it’s called being human.

I’m actually fairly tall but having the two of them next to each other yeah I would be like it’s time to introduce the trees. 😆

VG meanwhile has me cracking up 😂. They made his character such a looney. I remember when this drama was being filmed and him and LYN in that episode I think episode 10 preview they had to do like a zillion takes because they couldn’t keep a straight face through even the goofy scenes. These two trees acting like this is going to be fun to watch the finished product; and yes they’re the same height lol! I remember watching it be so funny because the FL also had to be in the scene since they were switching and flipping between VG‘s character and hers and so she had to quickly run in and out of frame and then he had to replace her and vice versa (she actually kind of fell off of LYN’s lap during one take but she didn’t get hurt and everyone her included were laughing) and it was just very comical even the director was cracking up.

That’s what I got from all the clips that I saw as well. People are trying to create some hidden motive for this person when every thing I have seen is the opposite. Can’t a man just be a good man for a change? Why must there always be a gray or a red flag for an ML?

LYN’s character used the line “Woman, you are playing with fire.” That’s a line of his from either POB or ADWAD lol!

It didn’t speak to me, so I’m not watching it.

From some of the clips that I have seen, it really does appear that ML is a green flag that got hurt himself by a woman in his past and like LG said he only had one girlfriend and they broke up, but he doesn’t know why and those clips showed that the girl found someone better for herself or whatever and just left him which ended up hurting him and he’s very guarded about love. Just because an ML isn’t the same type as a lot of the dudes portrayed in this show doesn’t mean anything. There’s enough of them to have one or two decent guys that don’t cheat or whatever. Besides women cheat just as much if not, sometimes more than men do it’s just that for reasons unknown it’s not popular to call them out on it.

I also remember LYN during one of his live streams, which was translated said that this character of his is very different from anything he’s played, which is a reoccurring theme for him, but that he’s not kick ass take names type of guy like we have seen him in the other modern drama and all his costume dramas. So it seems like all the other people around him or guys around him are that and he’s just someone with a steady income and a profession and someone who doesn’t feel the need to cheat. Not saying he’s perfect because there’s no such thing but he’s not a bad dude.

Seems like ML’s first love left him in the lurch without looking back for greener pastures and FL without listening to the explanation because remember she’s the “expert” and I’m guessing she still hasn’t told him her truth does the same. Personally, I go into every show without expectations. That way if it's a great show, I will be pleasantly surprised, and if the show bombs, I won't be disappointed.
