Watching through the tantrum and his whole monologue of words first and the escalator run, which still kind of gives me the shivers since there were no crew members around. And I have to watch all of that outside again just to understand how absolutely tone deaf the dude is. The fact that he does not remember that he never explained a damn thing to the FL during their college years, always expected her to be telepathic of his thoughts, and that he always stood by and said nothing nor defended her in front of their so-called friends. I agree with this. And he’s able to express gratitude when due as well as make real friends not just ones who he can use and use him like her dad.

Directors and screenwriters need to stick to novel endings not take liberties.

Actors are good but the storyline is based on the screenwriter so that’s what I hope holds.

I didn't watch that one. But KMLM also switched from HE to SE pissing pl off.

We did get a special episode; though ending on its own was ambiguous and completely different from the book according to novel readers, but the special episode was needed to close things out. The producer being a dumbass couldn't just end it properly; thought he was being creative when in reality he hurt the show. SP was literally filmed two wks before the finale, I remember watching clips of both actors in Hengdian going "wait a minute, why are they together again when he's supposed to be filming something else with someone else and she's doing a different thing too" that's when I knew.

I was glad when I saw the booting as well. He deserves more ML roles though I wish it was more modern or some other genre like a crime or tomb raiding Republican era. I know he's in some super natural tomb raiding one which is a plus. He's doing well; proud of him.
