I just had to look what the first show I saw him in was, and it was in the Legend of Shen Li and his character was such a pain in the ass there for a very long time until he finally evolved toward the end and then in DY he was awesome and that’s why I added this series to my watchlist because I wanted to see him in something totally different and modern since those two are costume dramas. He’s absolutely killing it here. I know a lot of folks came for Esther, but I came for him. As for her voice, I’m not a fan but I can deal with it as long as the ML is doing a good job which we know he is and there’s a solid storyline. I’m not going to hate on her, but that’s where I am. Plus, considering the fact that her character here is not some child woman, but an assertive and we see in later trailer things very much, a tough chick who will stand up for what she believes then I’m totally game.

And she could’ve taken any other route like long distance relationship or really going with him for a few years because the program only called for two they could’ve gone together. She could’ve worked in the states he could’ve gone to school then they could’ve returned together and she could’ve found another job for herself like with that friend and he would’ve founded the company. All of that could’ve been different. But you do not make decisions for an adult, especially when you’re not even blood related to. The school wouldn’t have taken her decision on his part anyways so lying about it absolutely not. And how elaborate the lie was renting apartment the job thing looking for a housekeeper I mean, this was a very thought out lie that’s the only way she got him to accept it. Because the dean who called her asked her to talk to him about it, not decide for him about it. They wouldn’t have taken her decision him being an adult.
