Whaaa... no way. He got the redemption arc for real? (still at Ep 35, haven't continued)
Yes, he finally realized that tunnel vision obsession isn’t getting him anywhere and he is a good ruler. If they had to make any redemption arc at least it’s that.
What do you mean—like when she asked for the 30 dishes, or when she asked for the qin? The dishes were not really…
Not just that, but every single time he tried to leave she was like wait and then say something else and do this for me and do that for me like I wasn’t understanding her petulance. His memory has to be triggered on its own apparently it was with the help of our two doctors from which ever mountain I can’t pronounce.
I don’t understand as a POW, even in a nice comfortable sort of house why does she act so petulant? Like is there a motive to that or is that her version of flirtation?
Just my two cents, someone as weak willed and two faced as crown prince can never be a good ruler. He killed his…
Well they turned him into a good ruler because if they had not given him, the redemption arc there would’ve been no ruler for that country because they don’t have anyone else.
Looks like the redemption came fairly quickly to narcissistic sociopath emperor. I guess we can’t call him that anymore. He understands growth and what it means to lead a country as before he was just tunnel vision obsessed. But is it just me or did our strong PA fall through the roof? 🤣🤣🤣 let her suffer my ass!
Well, I actually woke up. Couldn't sleep was put it that way and decided to watch the last episode. Glad I did pretty cool with everything. I'm even semi OK with a certain someone not getting his head chopped off. Won't say more than that will watch more of the rest later today but what I do want to say is that it did not feel rushed at least not the last episode and every single character that was important got a proper close out.
He’s the emperor now his attitude‘s not going to change unless they write him a redemption arc which I don’t think is necessary for him. He even kept the woman he supposedly loves in the dark about his right hand, not being crippled at all. Apple does not fall far from that imperial tree.
