Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Absolutely loved ep 8, kept me hooked throughout. I was worried that MY might hurt ST during the fight but instead it turned out to be really hilarious, with the feathers flying around the room creating the dramatic effect.
N when ksh smiles in that final scene..... how adorable is that? He looks like an 18 year old all ready to go for his first date!
Looking forward to ep 9 already!

I'm actually surprised to see negative comments about KSH's acting. Well, we all have different preferences and…
After watching My Love from the Star just this year on netflix, i realised the reason why there was such a huge hype over him years ago. Then i watched the Producers and was shocked that he was the same person. I mean he looked and behaved so differently in that show that i had to keep comparing photos of him as Baek Seung Chan and Do Min Joon to convince myself he was the same person. In my opinion, i think he’s really good at having subtle gestures and expressions that are unique and consistent to his character throughout the show. As Baek, the way he smiled, ran, talked and even how he would fiddle with his fingers when he was nervous were so consistent that you think he simply embodies the character.
I am enjoying his portrayal as GT so far, though i feel that in the first 2 episodes, he didn’t have the opportunity to showcase more of his acting range, but he has certainly proved his acting skills in the episodes after, with the emotional scenes and his outbursts with MY and ST.

It has become my habit to read comments about this drama on MDL and reddit for the 5 days we wait for new episodes.…
It’s great to have people to share our thoughts with.

Kim Soo Hyun is such an amazing actor it blows my mind. The scene where his brother was beating him, his facial…
I feel that the limelight tends to be more on SYJ in this show because of her character, her fashion and the range of emotions she can portray. She’s definitely nailing it. But i think Its even harder for KSH as he needs to be more subtle and controlled in his acting and yet still able to convey his emotions to the audience. It takes skills to do that well and not come across as stiff. Now that the story is slowly unfolding and we get to see more of GT’s story, i am looking forward to more of his brilliant performance.

also i guess everyone watches it on netflix rather than on tv.. i dont think 40+,50+ audience will enjoy watching…
I agree. I think the subject matter is too heavy for them and they would prefer more lighthearted genres. I m sure my mum would not be attracted to this show as she might think its too dark and affect her sleep.

I really love ep 5, especially the motel scene. Their lines were so witty and hilarious. N of course seeing KSH being so embarrassed the whole time was so fun.
KSH is just so charming in this drama. The part where he was lying down and back facing MY, telling her about how he has to put on a smiling face all the time because his hyung studies his face. There were tears in his eyes and you could feel all his emotional struggle. Brilliant...

i don't see why ratings are so important to international audience when we don't even contribute to them
Really think this show deserves a higher rating given its quality. Can really see the effort made in creating this masterpiece. Good news - this show is first among all shows on Netflix Singapore today!

Yes, I love his acting too since i saw him in Giant and then checked My father's house he was amazing in both…
I am keeping my fingers crossed that the character development and the storyline will continue to be as good or even better in the upcoming episodes.

I liked Kim Soo Hyun since MLFTS and binged watched all his other dramas thereafter. There’s just something about him that's so mesmerising whenever he acts. He leaves no trace of his previous role in whatever new projects that he takes on. This man exudes charm all round, even when he’s just wearing ordinary plain clothes as Gang Tae in this drama.
I really enjoyed the first two episodes and whenever both KSH and SYJ appear on screen, i am instantly intrigued by their tone of voice and facial expressions. Not to forget that the background music complements everything so well that it increases the intensity of the scene.
Will definitely keep watching and supporting this drama!:)
