Because when you mentioned you're so glad they moved on from that trope, it implies you don't like it when the ML loves anyone but the FL. The trope of the FL with the SML still exists. So when you say you're glad they've moved on from that trope doesn't make sense, unless you're only referring to the relationship between the ML and SFL. You also only mentioned "he was completely smitten with another girl before falling for the main girl." If it's true what you just said that it doesn't matter if it's the ML or FL with feelings for another character, then you wouldn't have just mentioned "he was completely smitten with another girl." That's why i believe you don't like SFL's, but you're just fine with SML's.
watched this drama for the first time in like 2015 and I decided to rewatch it to refresh my memory on it and…
"I also forgot how much older dramas loved the "he was completely smitten with another girl before falling for the main girl." lol, so glad they moved on from that trope🤲🏼"
But most dramas these days are the opposite, where the FL is smitten for the SML before falling for the ML. So you're ok with the current trope of the FL with the SML, but you don't want a SFL involved with the ML? Double standards?
Maybe you dropped before you got the chance to see it, but she COULD have had the 2ML, and she shut him down.…
Nope, once again, that's not it either. Slowwww burn, skip, fast forward or not, the fact is the FL never loved the ML. She couldn't be with her true love. Once she realised that, she settled for the ML. Just to be clear, i have no preference for the leads. I just want to see a FL in love with the ML. This drama doesn't have it. That's why i rated low.
Yep, i agree with you. She never loved the ML. She's always in love with the SML. Even when she settles for the…
Nope, that's not it either. She had fun with the man she truly loves rather than caring for the ML. Even if he told her to stay away, that's fine, but that doesn't mean she goes running straight to the SML for another round of flirting. This isn't a slow burn romance because there wasn't any romance between the leads because she doesn't love him. This drama should be called Story Of FL With SML.
Maybe you dropped before you got the chance to see it, but she COULD have had the 2ML, and she shut him down.…
Yeah, i saw all that, but it wasn't convincing. I may have dropped it, but i fast forward because i was curious how it turned out. It's clear she never truly loved the ML in the way she loved the SML. I believe she cares for the ML, but she doesn't love him.

Nope, that's not it. She realised she couldn't have the SML, so she settled for second best. What did she do when the ML was sick? (I think it was on his birthday). She left him alone and went on a romantic walk with the SML. Did you see how much fun she was having? And this was far along in the drama when you all said she already had feelings for the ML. That doesn't seem like something a person would do if they had feelings for the sick guy who's alone on his birthday.
I dropped at episode 3. I could see where this was going, and i didn't like it. I watched an 80-minute highlight…
I just finished the Thai version of this, Faceless Love. It was so much better in every way possible. Their romance, chemistry, and interactions were amazing. I have closure now. I felt uneasy after dropping this.
This was so good and way better than the Korean version Rich Man. The story, the beautiful leads, romance, chemistry, interactions, and the happy ending was all very good. Loved it.
Knowing its a new life...does not negate the fact that she believed he could and would kill her if necessary.…
She doesn't love him. She just settled for him because she couldn't have the SML. I guarantee if the SML wanted her, she would be in his arms within a heartbeat.
Can somebody help me understand, why FL treated the ML the way she did it especially when ML confessed his feelings?…
Yep, i agree with you. She never loved the ML. She's always in love with the SML. Even when she settles for the ML she still loves him. The part at the end when we see her all of a sudden with the ML, that's because she knows she couldn't have the SML, so she just settles for the ML. It's not love, at most she cares for him like a good friend or teacher.
This had so much potential, but I dropped it towards the end. I didn't enjoy it because i wasn't convinced she really loves him. I see her choosing the ML only because she couldn't have the SML, so she just settled for the ML. I could see the ML really loved her, but she didn't feel the same way. She loved the SML for most of the drama. In fact, I'm convinced she still loves him even when the leads are together. For those reasons, i dropped it with a low rating.
🌚 you may Better to rewatch SOKP.(Only difference is FL know boundaries and SML accepted his fate in SOKP and…
Oh yes, i remember. I dropped it towards the end. I didn't enjoy it because i wasn't convinced she really loves him. I see her choosing the ML only because she couldn't have the SML, so she had to settle for the ML. I could see the ML really loved her, but she didn't feel the same way. For that reason i dropped SOKP.
Lol, way to not even consider the fact that ML has been lying to FL about who he is the whole time? I'd take the…
And as i mentioned earlier, she should leave, and both of them moved on. I never said she should force herself to be with him. The issue is the way she left by taking money without informing the ML or even discussing the situation about the lie. If you were in a relationship and found out your partner is wealthier than you thought, does that mean you break up with him immediately without talking about it? I'm sure you wouldn't, and if you really loved your partner, you wouldn't let something like that lie ruin your relationships unless that person was cheating on you.
