This was a strange roller-coaster of a series and the finale was probably one of my least favorite episodes. They rushed to tie everything up and they had so much that they wanted/needed to do that it felt like everything got shorted. Why introduce the idea of a 6 year separation, if it only lasts 3 scenes and then they reunite? We haven't felt any of the pain/suffering from either character. Take a note from We Best Love and save the reunion for S2 (not that I would watch S2, unless it was solely PitchBank)

When did PitchBank become official boyfriends? Feels like an episode or at least some scenes got cut out. I'm happy to see them together and acting cute, but I missed those initial "we are officially..." moments and the awkward beginnings of them as a couple.

The kissing was horrible. Felt like these two lost whatever chemistry they had (which wasn't great to begin with). It was very robotic and I didn't feel any connection.

Thank you, producers, for implying actual sex. But how about letting Sky look like he's enjoying it rather than being in pain (and I don't think this was Gun's acting. He can look happy and satisfied when he's directed to).

Overall, mediocre at best. As much as I liked PitchBank there wasn't enough of them to make me want to come back and rewatch this series.

Seems normal to me. Series has ended, so they're gonna comment on how much they liked/disliked it. If there are more negative comments, it doesn't mean more "haters", it means the show isn't very good.

I can almost hear Mean off-camera giving Nut direction... "Think about what he said... Good. How does that make you feel?.. Good. Now think about your response... Now, be hesitant to respond... Almost decide NOT to respond... NOW you can say your next line."

Yes, they really like to draw this out as much as possible. Flashbacks have been problematic from Ep 1 and continue to distract from the present moment and the actual feelings these characters are having RIGHT NOW. Both of these actors are good, so I know they could convey what is needed without the reminder of their past.

Agree, the relationship seemed to have stalled for this episode. What happened to the cute flirty/teasing moments after they slept together? This episode could have used a little of that.

Another thing I find distracting is that in these VERY long monologues each character has, they stage it so they stare off into space and never make eye contact. It's an odd directorial choice that I feel lessens the connection the two boys are trying to make with each other. And it feels totally artificial. You don't look away from people when you're telling them your deepest feelings, unless there's shame attached.

There's a link (above) to an interview and Man says the ending makes you feel "warm" so I don't know if it's gonna be sad or hopeful. We shall see.

I just wish there had been some hint that NamGoong had a motive. A wink or anything would have been enough.

Yes, I STARTED Top Secret In Love. Couldn't finish. But the sweaters were hilarious!

I'm confused. Nam Goong is the self-proclaimed stylist. So why does he assign ShinWoo (who doesn't even know the TERM effortless chic) as his "manager" and have them shop for clothes together? (Yes, it MIGHT be to have them spend time together, but no hints of that in this ep)

I love (meaning hate) that the only thing they really shop for are over-sized sweaters. When did those become effortlessly chic? And why do boys with hot bodies want to wear anything over-sized?

Boys in berets... please... no.

I'm gonna miss these beautiful boys.

Haha. I think they took a page from Disney. They kill off all the parents.

What I don't understand is... the date was for 12pm. How late did SW stay up? And how late did he sleep to be late for a 12pm date?

Hmm. I'm intrigued A fun way to start a series and a new take on how to tell a BL story. Didn't watch TTs2 so even more surprising not knowing anything about their backstory. Will be interesting to see where they go with this and if they can navigate the relationship without falling into familiar tropes. SFX are a bit over the top but I can stomach them so far.

Leo may be the most beautiful man in the world. I'm in.

While all of the actors are doing incredible work, I am a forever fan of Kang Yoo Seok. I will seek out and watch everything he ever does. His face displays every emotion so beautifully. I see a long brilliant career ahead. And while we all hate her character, Yang Seo Hyun is also remarkable. I have fallen in love with her, despite her character's enormous flaws. That's good acting.

I would sell my soul for friends like these.

Yes, I see the distinction and agree it would feel differently if I did it myself or if someone did it TO me. If the writers intent was to show his immaturity, then they did it poorly. I actually believe they just ignored what he had said earlier because they needed him to create conflict here.

Ait wanted to post the relationship on Facebook and when James said it would end their careers, he said he didn't care. But when someone posts a pic of them, then he is upset. While I agree, he has justification, they really need to remember what their characters have said/done and not contradict themselves.

That was a lackluster episode despite all the action. These fight scenes needed better staging, especially the pitch/bank fiasco. Speaking of… there were a couple of times in the ep I definitely could have used a sweet and tender moment between them. I know this ep was focused on other issues, but a squeeze of the hand or protective arm around the shoulder would have made me swoon for them. Gun, poor baby. This may have been your worst episode. And writers… didn’t realize we were back in the 50s where women were relegated to the kitchen. How cool would it have been to see the two girls kick a** and save Pitch/Bank?

Misogyny and stupidity in one plot point.

This episode was a surprise. While the pacing is still too slow, it felt right for the conversations that were going on. It is very natural. Each actor takes the time to think about their responses and while neither of them are breakout stars (IMO) they both felt true to themselves as these characters. They both seem totally smitten in the most endearing way. The writing, while still pedestrian, also felt like actual adult conversations, with thought and meaning behind it. Even the bit with Kong bribing them made me chuckle. There were some nice directorial touches as well. If this is going where I think it's going, I'm very intrigued to see the outcome even though it took 4 episodes to really pique my interest.

I will have to "star" this episode, so I can go back to rewatch it again and again. Has to be one of my favorite episodes of BL of all time. The friendship here is amazing. The mature conversations - even DaOn who still has trouble communicating his feelings - is mature enough to encourage ShinWoo. FINALLY seeing ShinWoo smile. This was EVERYTHING.

Ep 2 is a snooze fest with 2 - count em - 2 insignificant injury/disinfectant scenes. That's 3 in 2 episodes. They're already out of ideas. Sad.

First episode was not very good.

Mediocre writing with all the familiar situations (let me tend to your insignificant wound, so we can stare at each other longingly! - and the same thing shows up again in the ep 2 trailer).

Bad dialogue (Do you know anyone who, after they have been mugged, would tell their concerned (and CUTE!) neighbor, "Nothing happened." Or after you express some medical knowledge and they ask if you're a doctor, you answer, "Don't ask that.", but later admit you're studying medicine).

Poor direction, slow pacing. Everyone looks like they don't know what to do and stand around like helpless mannequins.

The boys are cute, but flounder under the direction. This may be the show that makes me give up on Thai BL. I need MORE. Not the same thing rehashed again for the 100th time.

If you can call these guys a boy band at all. Their music and videos are horrible.

On another note... I wonder if these actors will have difficulty in the industry for even being in a show that exposes its dark underbelly.
